How absolutely adorable is this family?! They are from the Dallas area (Cleburne and Burleson) and were visiting Galveston for the weekend, so we planned their family session to take place on the beach at sunset. What better location for a photo session of your favorite people, right?
When photographing on the beach, the sunlight can be super harsh, so sessions start a tad bit later than city sessions where we have buildings, trees, and homes that can block some of the sunlight. On the other hand, because there are fewer things in our way, we also have a few minutes longer after the sunsets to squeeze a few extra photos in.
Interested in a beach session, but have questions? Message me, I’d love to help! I can help with styling, color selection, locations, etcetera. Worried about your toddler “cooperating”? Don’t worry, they don’t, haha. Toddlers don’t “cooperate”, they’re not equipped to do so. We work around them and it makes life much easier, I promise. Amber (the Mommy of the toddler in the family photos below) was also stressed about this. I’ll have an entire blog post dedicated to this topic next week! Please, don’t let something like this deter you. Family photos are SO important!
If you’ve found this post looking for mini sessions for the 2019 season, those can be found at this page. I’m offering fall minis in the Houston/Spring area, as well as tree farm minis in Manvel, Texas. Please join me, I’d love to have you!
